EMR/EHR data management is key to your practice, and I have experience with OSCAR, OWL Practice and Jane specifically but can easily adapt to your practices EMR/EHR of choice. Utilizing your EMR, I will ensure patient/client charts are accurate and up to date, and that appointments are booked in a timely fashion and with the right healthcare professional.
Client Calls
I'm available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm MDT to respond to calls from your patients/clients, triage their questions, action them appropriately and schedule appointments.
Correspondance
Drafting correspondence and creating forms and other documents in Microsoft Office and Google suite are things I can do to support your clinic and practice.
